Hopelink housing services help families create their homes and find long-term economic autonomy. Hopelink case managers partner with families to identify their family's strengths and then leverage those strengths alongside community resources to build a more stable future.
Through a partnership with Hopelink case managers, families are connected with a myriad of community resources, including education & employment services, health, and mental health services, parent support, childcare, ESL classes, financial literacy classes, educational resources, and additional referrals as needed.
